Ok so I am so obsessed with the BIGGEST LOSER. It is my favorite show in the whole wide world, ( I cry every episode) To see these people change there lives and transform there bodies is so amazing. I love it! And finally after 5 years a female has won. Ali, who is actually from Arizona won. I can't believe how awesome she looks. This was my favorite season by far. If you dont watch it I highly reccomend the show, it's not just about weight but about people and what they overcome in there life. It is very inspiring. Plus BOB the trainer is so good looking, he's fun to watch too! :) I added a picture of him too just cause he's so CUTE!

I love the show too...Bobby even watched this season because Bette Sue was on, then continued to follow Ali when she came back..it is really awesome what they accomplish (but sometimes I wonder if it is very healthy..how can they lose 11#'s on one week when they have already lost 90 or so pounds??)..

I to am a die hard watcher. Also just to let you know Bob will be in Tempe on fri 18th for a book signing. A friend and I are totally going to meet him. Let me know if you would like to join us. How fun to meet a totally inspiring person who has helped so many people!
We love that show too! Go Ali! Bob is our fave trainer. Bret like Jillian better and it makes us mad!
ohhhh Heidi, you missed a good one. The book signing was awsome! we saw Josh, Kamber and her fam there.
I cried and cried at this show! I saw the cutest interview with Betty Sue. They were commenting on how pretty Ali was, and B.S. says "I Know! I made her!" So funny!
